I enjoyed my stay here a few months ago and was equally as satisfied this time. The staff is friendly and competent. The rooms are clean, quiet and secure. There's a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. So great for extended stay, saving money eating out 2-3 meals a day or just not having to get up and go again after a long day (or night). This is a good hotel chain because of the kitchen. Most Extended Stay Americas I've stayed in are clean. The staff is courteous. The kitchens are well equipped. The room wasn't clean, I called the staff and they apologized and promised to vacuum the room the next day. That's all they did to remedy the situation.
